You can get any type of clothing for your child related to school fancy shows and theme oriented clothing.
Owners are straight forward and simple human beings.
Again a lifeline if you want specific clothing in short time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop though found after little difficulty. Owner is nice decent old lady willing to help. But shop is totally disorganised due to shortage of space. No mirror in shop to look yourself with dress. The stuff is not maintained well. Searching takes time. The quality of stuff is also not so good. But there are not many choices available for renting dresses even on search on googles. Shop in Rajouri garden keeps stuff only to hire for wedding purpose both for groom and bride. So nice clean dresses on high rent available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class shop! Super expensive Rude lady! Will never ever gonto that shop ever in my life. Don't recommend this shop to anyone. She deducted Rs 250 for returning the costume late. I ended up paying Rs 750 for a very very inferior costume. That dress was not even worth 250. Moreover lady is very very rude. Have asked my friends as well never to visit the shop.
Lol! Next time who is gonna visit your shop.You need to seriously work upon your people dealing skills. So much attitude will take u nowhere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expensive costumes on rent. The quality is not upto the mark. We have rented this costume for INR 1000, however on their website the costume is available for purchase for INR 900. A lot of mismanagement at the store.

Ordered a mask which came damaged and broken. Was full of scratches. I was told a replacement would be sent on time. I was also told that it was dispatched. When I called to follow up, I was told the product was not available and it wasn't their fault the product was damaged with scratched all over. The poorest customer service I have ever seen on an e-commerce. No apology email. No message regarding replacement product unless I called and or messaged non stop. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
To add, this website has no concrete return policy if the product sent is damaged. Because I posted this negative review, I was REFUSED a refund. Instead of getting a pick up organized for the damaged & broken product, I was told I had to ship the damaged & useless product back & spend more money on it. I was also threatened that a refund would only be given if I sent to broken product back, which is not how any websites operate.
The owner is very rude & also blamed me for the product being damaged. His response was 'How do I know if you haven't damaged it?' I was also told a replacement had been shipped by it had not been done so & personal excuses of why it wasn't done followed.
Not professional at all. Rude. Products not packaged properly for shipment. No refund or return policy. BASICALLY NO SENSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The rent amount was reasonable considering the quality of the products but at this place, the only person in the shop who is good at dealing with customers is the very sweet and considerate lady, Mrs. Madhu Wadhwa. She helped immensely and went out of her way to provide us with whatever we needed. However, the owner, Anurag, is highly disrespectful, rude and simply the WORST person I have ever interacted with when it comes to handling customers. He is downright entitled and obnoxious, to say the least. He doesn't know the first thing about handling a business. He answers one call after trying ten times and even then, hangs up before even listening properly. He delayed things for us to the extent that we HAD to endlessly call him to get it done. Even then, he refused to settle the pre-decided arrangement. At last, after trying for 5 days to be exact, our work was paid any attention to.
