You do not have dine in facility however if you are here for quick snacks like noodles or roll/wrap then you can sit on the bench available. Mostly the items are for take away. Home delivery is available upto few KM by direct call. In case you are ordering from food delivery app it will be delivered as per their policy.
There is no parking facility for four wheeler infront of the restaurant however you can park the car few meter away on the road. Two wheeler can be parked just infront of restaurant as we usually do in India.
Payment : cards not accepted at the counter. However you can do the digital wallet payment. Carry cash.
Important note: after giving the order, again get it confirmed after 3 to 5 mins. Many of the times it is found that the cook/bawarchi bhai prepares the order different from what you placed and after waiting for the order for 15 mins this experiance is frustrating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheater Restaurant. I've ordered and paid for 6pic x 2 chilli chicken and they delivered me 4pic x 2. Moreover the parcel is not sealed. Ordered at 9pm and delivered at 11pm within 1 km road. Very bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well it is comparatively a new street food centre not so old. And from here anyone take online food delivery via food apps. But when it comes in terms of tastes I think it moderate not so good type and so bad type. And apart from street food they also serve roti and Tarka. And you go there you will have to wait. And there is no space for eat in the shop. And in terms of hygiene is it OK. And prices are little bit high comparatively other street food shop.

Even after reporting this thing to the restaurant via Zomato. The restaurant denied to accept their mistake. Not recommended for anyone. This review will be helpful for people living near Birati.
