Abhivruddhi Construction - Bengaluru

Fraudulent, Genuine review definately deliberate like what I am doing now.. Most of reviews are a year ago(Kindly observe), which shows his Construction company reviews are fake. My Experience: To start with, Myself Chinmai, From SLV LAYOUT, My house construction activity started on Feb 15 2021, As this Construction company shall not do this type of fraudulent to others, Promised budget to complete the project for G +1 house is 34.5 lakhs, which is a total fake promise and With so much agony, I am writing this review, I kept his mind clear in all the ways, but his companies fake reviews and his false promises made us to fall in trap, MR DEEPAK is very unresponsive and careless man and he doesn't have his own team for construction activities, he doesn't have care for his clients. As of now, he is avoiding going to his own offices as well, unfortunately, he has opened new office by cheating people, Following are the issues faced, I'm putting this review after his abscond from my project 1. In Feb month, because of inexperienced site engineer Pawan, we lost our dream house footings, and eventually the setbacks , Mr Deepak and site engineers showed their incompetence. 2. He will try to loot all your money in the initial stages itself, no plans shared at right times and he will become unreachable at most of times, 3. He doesn't have better elevation plans as he spoiled most of the house construction. 4. We have to regularly ask him to visit to site, but he failed drastically, he promised to visit 2 times in a Week, he did it only twice for whole 6 months, 5. We lost our balcony too, as Deepak didn't share the plan to labour on time, 6. During 2nd slab for the first floor, only father took care of it, what is the purpose of Builder then?.. All construction activities are allowed during these Covid times.. He simply skipped and most of the activities by allowing my DAD to presssure and now my dad's health is not in a good shape. 7. Finally, in the last stage, we asked him to share receipts for the money spent, as we got to know that house is not completed and still 10 lacs has to be spent, and he absconded. 8. Most of teams like, Electrician, Plumber stopped speaking to Builder Deepak, as he is very unresponsive and not settling their amounts. below i am attaching the glimpse of plan and other Set back picture which are totally spoiled. And its your turn to pick him or not to your Dream house :( DONOT TRUST THIS CONSTRUCTION AND ITS FRAUDULENT.. Suggestion: Always go with construction company that is near by to your Construction site.
