★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For mobile banking service, have to personally visit the branch and fill the documents and that's the same for new checkbook request.Even they don't deliver you checkbook, they say I have to personally visit the branch . Your application UI feels the same the worst and is a lot confusing. A person who sits in demat section of this branch currently(bald) treated me badly and he was also not treating his co-workers good. Just leave this "baba Adam ka zamana" and innovate

They Stop my ESC By their own without asking me. Ihave no issues of finance/fund. And now force me to come into the bank n deposit in this panademic situation.
I dont want to use or operate their falatu bank account. Which I had already shared with their personal on phone as in my home my parents are above 70yes age and my daughter is 6yes. So I don't't want to take any risk.
They have to arrange their bank personal at my door stepwith prior appointment, coz its their fault to stop my ESC without my permission.
Else they have to wait till this covid situation
will get over.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bank does not provide 4500 rupees exchange instead provide 2000 rupees exchange to common people like us but is providing money to known people or big businessman as I saw. Have to say worst bank in dombivli. This bank is supporting corruption so I say not to make a/c in this bank
