I wanted to discuss with the concerned official seeking tentative period so that I can visit again and complete my things as it was so urgent for me. But unfortunately none of the official are interested to assist me. Security guy told that they have informed their corporate office for technical assistance and called for Engineers for the resolution, but even after one month, it's still pending and no none sure that when it's going to fix the issue.
