I live in Chhindwara and I ordered a Dosa Bhatti from Abid Refrideration Nagpur. A stainless steel Dosa bhatti with iron tawa: 28"X48". I asked for four separate burners to cook 1-4 dosa at a time as required.
Issues:
1. Iron tawa they delivered 27"X46". That I am ready to accept.
2. They delivered faulty product as the tawa is not heating fully. It was clearly mentioned in my requirement that tawa needs to get heated fully as my dosas are 22-23 inches long.
Cause of fault: They have used 18"X2 (=36") burners for 46" long iron tawa and so approx 10" tawa does not heat. Even the distance of burner from the iron tawa is too much that it doesnt heat at the centre. So it leaves dosa uncooked from the centre and outer areas. It's common sense that 36" long burner cannot heat this long tawa.
Now they are asking me to send the bhatti to their workshop (130kms from my city) on my expenses and also bear the repairing charges.
They charged me 39420/- for the bhatti and now Dosa bhatti has become useless for me.
No integrity from the owner to accept their maufacturing defect and no responsibility to repair it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After 5 months of use display counter not working ( not cooling ). call for service they said " first of all put money on our bank ₹ 5000/- ) then only send a service person. Rubbish. No need to purchase from here any more . Thank you for your kind cooperation
