★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional service. Placed an order almost an hour ago and since the status of the order is not been accepted yet iam confused whether they are intended to deliver this order or not. Tried calling multiple times on customer care number but they either reject or wait for the call to automatically disconnect. Would have been better if atleast you cancel you order once the customer places it or have courtesy to call and inform customer about the status. There are other services too so we don't have to rely on only one.
Edit - Atleast inform whether or not you are open for delivery today. Should not take up what you cannot deliver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hygiene and covid protocol are not being followed. No masks. No gloves. When used, Chicken blood stained gloves are used on the cash register and on cash. Delivery is taken with no regards to safety or hygiene. Chicken is kept in an icebox outside the establishment on ground. The meat preparing area is not sanitized. And the people working there are not even trained. It's a joke.

Ordered chicken mince in the afternoon yesterday showed delivery time as 5.00 p.m...kept waiting untill 7.pm had guests coming over ...checked the app to track the order ..did not show anything except order accepted and no option to call.Finally had to hunt for a shop as mostly were closed to get the meat.
Today morning they had the audacity to call and ask if we I need chicken today ..Seriously!!
Instead of a Sorry the guy kept arguing and explaining about the shortcomings of the app!
