★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are biggest bunch of incompetent people I have dealt with. Owner Urvik Patel who has given him self 5 starts here on reviews is a liar and cheat. The shipment from Ahmedabad which normally takes 5 days took almost a month!! Urvik Patel and his team lied to us every time we spoke. He used numerous lies including india pakistan war tension for the delay!! what a scum bag. He is such a liar that my parcel reference still shows shipment left Qatar!!! He doesn't know how to do business and cant believe people like this idiot is allowed to do business. I have messaged him numerous times but he is not answering his phone!! sent him the photos of the parcel which arrived completely wrecked a month later which had to be thrown away!!. Photos for your reference here. PLEASE AVOID THIS IDIOT AND INCOMPETENT BUNCH OF SCUM BAGS AND USE SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING!. PHOTOS AND VIDEO OF RECEIVED BOX SENT TO OWNER URVIK PATEL AND NOT REPLY FROM HIM. SHAME ON YOU!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service, they promised to pack everything in bubble wrap and add thermocol sheet padding while packing, but didn't add an wrapping on items which resulted in breakage of things when arrived.
They also charged me 18% GST although they took money in Cash.
Also my actual weight of items was only 135Kg they billed me for 163Kg, which they agreed later to refund via cheque.
Overall it was a very pathetic experience, and I will not use their service ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional.. Totally worst service.. They took so many items out of my package and saying that it was from somewhere else.. I got few food items and other food supplementary missing.. Total professional Thief.. They don't have proof for what we are asking and arguing. They are just doing business so they can steal our items from package and sell them. I don't have option for zero star, not a single star they deserve. Don't waste your money with them. Better to give someone for extra money but don't choose them.. THIEF???????
