★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff needs to enforce 20 min per cardio machine policy equally instead of selectively walking upto a customer and humiliating him publicly and asking him to vacate the machine for one of the long term customers and possibly in a personal relationship with one of the receptionists.
1 month member in April 2017, did not extend the membership because of the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the time of joining they would promise so many things which they wouldn't follow. Gym instructors will never help unless you are a lady. The equipments have become old. Not worth for the money you pay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad gym, bad management and fraudulent attitude. At the time of jonining thay commit so many things and immediately after accepting the payment thay refused everything. I m giving single star to this gym as I do not have any other option to rate them bellow this. I want to update others regarding my experience. So be careful if u r signing any document then please ask them to provide a copy of the same for ur record, so that thay couldn't make u fool like me. Beware......... beware..........BEWARE .......! Please note mostly online positive remarks given by gym staff only to make you fool. They never fullfil there commitments. I want to share one of my experience with all of you .There is a freeze option for members which is mentioned in gym membership form but when I need it due to my illness then they simply refused with lots of lamb excuses. Mr. Mirza (gym manager) ask me doctor's prescription and I sent it, even then he refused. I couldn't understand why he ask me for doctor's prescription when no where mentioned in gym membership form, on what ground freeze option will be provide. A member will decide when he/ she want to avail freeze option or gym will decide. Once again I m warning all of u yanha sab golmaal hai. They never carry their words or commitments or policies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am saddened and feel humiliated the way I was treated at the gym. I am not a member but my brother-in-law was Late MR. R. K. Tripathi(Superitendent of Police)
. He died on 2 Apr'18.I was aware that he is the gym member and hence I contacted the gym over call and went in person too. I was told that Gym will return the membership fee which he paid in March for an Year. I clearly told that if the gym can it is ok or else I will move on. They insisted that they would refund and guided me to their Gym Manager(Sanjeet) who further sent me to gym owner. When I contacted the owner again I told the same thing that if they can refund it is ok and even if they can not it was fine. After this I followed up with the owner several times, however there were several dates along with reasons given to me. I have finally given up and sent a message to the owner that I would no longer be following up.
I am speechless the way this matter was handled and would urge the Gym administration to have some courtesy for their customers. Obviously such a small amount can't turn the future for his family however can help them cope in a small way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been 3yrs since I became the member of Absolute. As the name suggests by far the best gym in Dwarka with evident results, great atmosphere, very cordial staff and trainers. Equipped with all necessary machines and a good strecth of area for all kinds of workout.

Worst process and attitude towards a customer.
Never join this gym.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a great gym to work out at. They have 5 treadmills, 4 elliptical trainers, 5 bicycles, and ample space for yoga / stretching etc. They also have lockers to put your valuables away while working out.
Positives:
+ Wide open space inside the gym and adequate sunlight - makes you feel good and fresh.
+ Machines and weights in good condition, and if anything is out of order, it is repaired within one day.
+ They follow up with you regularly to check your progress and suggest improvements.
+ Helpful and supportive trainers - even though you will be assigned one trainer, others will help you if you ask and even on their own, if they see you doing something wrong.
+ Good speakers and music playing all the time (Punjabi, Hindi, English) - keeps you upbeat and makes you feel good.
+ Good air conditioning and enough fans across the gym.
Negatives:
- The weight-training area is slightly cramped, but not uncomfortable.
- The exercise mats look dirty and unhygienic, so I don't use them.
I go in the morning - it gets slightly crowded around 7:30 - 8:30. But otherwise it's not very crowded.
I had a choice between this and Dronacharya's The Gym - which is right next to this. I chose this because I felt good inside the gym. Feeling good about the place is very important because you need to have enough motivation every day to go to the gym. A smelly / dark / boring gym will make you lose interest.
