The place is blessed with natural light and good vibes. also neat and clean , good AC . Zumba teacher is qualified, professional and friendly .. she is very nice and hard working . This is all my experiences.

As i am the part of ABSOLUTE FITNESS ZONE & its been more than 3 year at this gym and its been a great journey so far . Good atmosphere, friendly and safest environment ever i feel , equipments are advanced and in good condition ,good space and hygiene is maintained .This is one & only gym i will recommend personally ,to go to whatever be your goal be it weightloss strength building or to get that asthetic look……Positive environment gives you positive results...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very well equipped & well maintianed gym.all trainers are very helpful and they have a good knowladge about workout.the ambiance of the gym motivate me to push my strength and keep me energised during my workout.i have a great experience…Seriously wonderful and delight to go to absolute fitness gym. Absolutely marvellous place for gym passionate as this machine surrounded sphere is equiped with latest technology machines. Trainers are also very cooperative and knowledgable and they really focus on you and helping in educating you the techniques and give you proper guidance for exercise. I am really content and pleased to join this gym ...thank you so much absolute fitness team????

The gym is well equipped with machines, weights and as well as good trainers( Biman, Sumit) ..Its got an ultra-modern infrastructure. The trainers went out of way to help with training during lockdown with equipments.. would definitely recommend to join here??
