★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have known Joydeep Kundu for more than last 25 years. He is a very down to earth honest and upright professional. I have all my residential ACs under AMC with Technoplus. Last AMC was taken in 2019. Due to lockdown the periodic services could not be availed. However he volunteer to provide all the remaining services and renew the AMC only after the unavailed services are made available. In addition he got my Fridge, TV, Music System all serviced and made operational without me having to pay any extra charges for the additional service. He is a rare breed of professional and manages Technoplus very well. I wish him all the success and would recommend all those who need the kind of services provided by the company to assign the work to them. They would not give anyone a chance to regret the decision.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service. I have never seen ac Maintenance done so efficiently. They took 1 hour to clean the inner split ac unit with jet pump and jet cover. Cleaned the body thoroughly and outer units.
