★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. All unexercised non profesional mechanic are forming the servicing team in patna. They are not able to rectify the fault in my split .Ac since last one week with with 4 visit of unqualified technical staff which is called engineer by customer care center. I will never recommend any one to buy AC of this brand . Everyone in this organization tells a lie. Some was telling gas khatam ho gaya hain. Some one gas kam hain .some one was telling sensor ka problem hain. Some one was telling filter kharab hain. Some one is telling .......... Service center always misguide me . When i called the told me. Tey have send the so called engineer . After 5 hours when i again called the said abhi bhejta hoon. I think they have made my AC laboratory where all unexercised unqualified unprofessional so called engineers. They have change many parts as well as they change gas also but still not resolve the fault (cooling ,display showing EC and switch of ac after that .)
