* The first thing that struck me was her innate ability to Plan the lesson and suiting it to the learners' need.
* The students were effectively engaged in the lesson through a potpourri of activities which were coherent and inclusive. I have seen her continuously supporting the class with push and praise.
* And then she would often go beyond the lesson to help them use English as a medium of communication in the forum - assisting and encouraging them to speak in correct simple sentences. If you pass by her class, you will never miss the excitement that she builds by voice modulation, hand gestures, and eye movements.
* Kanika intermittently uses formal and informal assessments and provides constructive feedback which helps the learners to change and improve upon; rather than working on something that is far-fetched.
* I trust her because she reflects on self-performance and has the hunger to identify a number of ways and then try them out to improve her practice.
