★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am learning guitar from Sir Sumanta at AMEC since last one month. I love my class and I am happy with my class. I have some difficulty in keeping beats but my sir is guiding me to overcome the weakness.
I find my teacher and everyone here very friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr Surendranath Majumdar is my teacher for piano and keyboards. He has an amazing music sense and has helped me a lot in my journey into this vast world of music. Under him, I've passed all my exams with distinction and even won the second prize for both keyboards and piano in Yuva Music Festival 2018. He is a great inspiration for me and one of my role models. He is an amazing speaker and motivates me many times when I am ready to give up not only in music, but in any other field of life.
I love going to AMEC and stay there sometimes for many hours. It's like a family which is not bound by DNA and genetics but with music. The experience here is great and we are able to play with other musicians playing different instruments. Every child here gets a chance to play somewhere or the other no matter how early his learning stage is and is motivated to play in bigger concerts and pursue the field of music.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy to see AMEC doing a great service towards spreading music awareness among students. I met the director Mr. Surendranath Majumdar 8 years back, and was very impressed with his vision. Now I can see he is progressing with his mission.
Kodaly children music education is a life changing initiative started by AMEC in Kolkata. In fact Mr. Majumdar is the first Indian to train at Kodaly Institute Hungary. He is also training music teachers and providing job opportunities to them. Through Kodaly Music, children are learning music in the most scientific way and in a fun filled ambience.
The Yuva Music Festival is again a path breaking initiative by AMEC. Mr. Majumdar dreams of providing all children with a free and fair platform. This year more than 1200 children from more than 80 schools are participating in the most diversified music festival for children in India.
If anyone wants to learn music along with receiving facilities then I recommend AMEC. No music school on Kolkata is providing such wide range of opportunities to students.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fantastic music school with very transparent systems. I appreciate the atmosphere where all teachers are friendly yet they impart and install love for music.
AMEC is like a family for me. I find children may be two three years of age coming crying but leave with a smile.
I saw autistic children learning and teachers are so polite and quite.
I get a chance to play in concerts and some students get big platforms too.
Ruchika maam and SNM sir are superb who are a constant source of inspiration. The staffs are too kind and helpful. I am happy with everything AMEC provides and the fees is very reasonable as we get a lot more than we give. Best institution I have ever associated with.
Long live AMEC. Let all students learn music in the best possible way. Learn Music, Play Music, Live Music.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter is learning Keyboard from Mr. Majumdar since last 2 years and we are very happy with the class, infrastructure and all staffs behavior. Lot of scope to play in concerts including the Yuva Music Festival. Personally Mr. and Mrs. Majumdar are extremely friendly and they love children. AMEC is always concerned about the progress of students and always encourage them to play music with heart. I also love the new caption they are using from this year's Yuva Music Festival.... Learn Music, Play Music, Live Music..... Kolkata requires many more music schools like Academy for Musical Excellence.... I strongly recommend AMEC to all parents... As my daughter use to learn in another reputed music school before she joined AMEC, I can see the difference. Students of Mr. Majumdar are playing great Piano and a couple of students are now studying music in foreign universities. The vision of this man and the delivery makes him an outstanding motivator and very inspiring human being. Over the period of two years, I have known about him from different sources though he rarely talks about himself. His dream is to provide affordable structured music education to everyone. Recently a music theory book was also published to provide necessary support to Indian students. In fact I may proudly say that its my good luck that my daughter is learning from Mr. Majumdar himself. I wish him good luck and good health and let his dream for all music students come true sooner than later.
