โ โ โ โ โ I went there to replace my Logitech mouse cause I'm facing issues with it and so far the ensure services done a really good job from service to product deliver the service is effortless as of my opinion.

โ โ โ โ โ I had a faulty Logitech mouse and needed a replacement. I called the service centre from Gwalior and they asked me to send the faulty mouse along with the bill. I sent the mouse with speed post.
A lady from the desk called me acknowledging the receipt of the mouse and informed me that it will take 7-10 days for replacement and courier.
Unfortunately i didn't received the mouse even after 10 days after receiving courier sms and i called them back regarding this. They immediately looked into the problem and got the mouse delivered the very next day.
I received a new mouse along with battery. Kudos for the excellent service and warranty support.

โ โ โ โ โ Good . Very good . The madam and sir in reception both are very polite. And the technical sir he is also Good nature .
Every thing in flow. Very easy process no waiting time. My work done with in a day. Delivered on promised time. I will highly recommend if you have any issue in laptop (as I went for laptop) first come here if not then rest of the place is open.
