Guys please don’t waste your time & efforts in attending the interview with this company.
The management itself doesn’t have a clear information about recruitment.they simply do the interview process and make us wait for a long duration.
I attended the interview on Friday they gave me the tool test and said by Monday they will give feedback.
On Monday the HR team called me & said that I have cleared the tool test and they will call me for further rounds in couple of days which didn’t happen even after following up them for several times. After around 10days Again I contacted the hr, for updates even then they were not clear about the process, then I conveyed to the HR team saying that I have one more offer if you can confirm me about the interview process I can decide to take a call on whether to accept for which the hr team responded well & told that they will discuss with the concerned team manager & get back to me.
Even after all this drama, I didn’t get any response from them so I directly contacted the person who took up my interview- KIRAN NADIG.
On calling him directly Now he’s telling that he was not satisfied with the tool test if that is the case why did they even tell me that I have cleared machine test & made me to wait for these many days.
After a long verbal communication now he’s telling that they don’t have customers approval for recruiting, if you have other offers go for it.
So guys please think before taking up interviews, DONT WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME IN A ORGANIZATION WHERE THE MANAGEMENT ITSELF IS NOT AWARE OF WHETHER TO TAKE UP A RESOURCE OR NOT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad organisation, management is very poor , employees are hard and smart workers still company don't have any growth , Because of one worst manager HD, because he don't know how to manage team ,the first thing he don't know how to communicate with employees,He block the salary of employees and take the goodwill from management ,for this type of work management gave one Car as a gift , very worst manager.He never die peacely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't want to give even one rating also!! It's a fake company, they will call you and make you write one exam. Later they will shortlist for final discussion and they will reject you. They will take all your documents and reject you. Basavaraj is one big fraud person. He cheated all of us. Please don'y go this fraud company.
