★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys don't deliver the courier. Show us that they attempted delivery, which they never did. They tell to pick up courier from their office. And when we pick up courier after going to their office, they update system that they had delivered it. Very misleading courier service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are having one of the worst service in segment. On tracking no. it shows, "attempted delivery which is never attempted". No one answers the call ever. Worst worst worst experience with these.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service. When they come for delivery and if the door is locked, they don't bother to call you but simply return the courier to the sender.
Pathetic service!
It's better to collect the documents personally from the sender than using Ace Courier.
And the best part is that their web presence is not available so one can't even Lodge a complaint and thereby they get their six sigma scores!!!???
It's a pity people should be fooled by catering to such lousy service.
