★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited twice get my Acer spin 3 laptop with frequent crash issues. Both times they were not able to find the simple problem with the Ram. They charged me ₹1250 and ₹750 without any resolution. I even asked them multiple times to check the RAM but they did not. Total waste service no knowledge.
I showed my laptop outside and they found out ram issue in ₹200.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People were very helpfull they provided correct estimate and quick solution to my problem.I wanted to install ssd in my laptop they told me to get it from outside market and they would easily install the ssd .That what I did and got it installed in my laptop now my laptop working very smooth and fast.I got a quick resolution from them thank you acer service center team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First it was quite difficult to find this service centre, the people at the acer customer care gave a different address and these guys have relocated from that address and even their own customer care is not aware of the new address. Now coming to the service, these guys don't use any adequate safety equipments while working on electronics, I saw these guys blowing on motherboards with their mouths, they don't use anti static bands nor do they use compressed air cannisters. They might have an anti static mat and think that might be enough but from my perspective they don't exercise adequate caution while working on electronics, after all their prices are exhorbitant, one would expect some level of quality, their present charges are as follows - 1250 for regular service and 1500 for servicing gaming laptops. I would not choose to pay someone 1500 bucks just for them to blow on my motherboard. Talk about sub par service. The two stars are given only for their politeness while dealing with customers, but however the quality of care given while handling products is below average nonetheless. I will be keeping an eye out on my components for static damage anytime in the future, if any of the components fail, it will be certainly due to rough handling by these centres, and once our components are failed they'll have the audacity to ask for replacing the entire the motherboard and many a times it's going to be from our own pockets. If this is the outcome then I will make sure to register one complaint at the relevant district consumer redressal forum against these company malpractices.
