★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The main guy is knowledgeable and really humble and helpful whereas the other assistance guy though knows his work is rude and adamant , moreover doesnot cater as per customers request at times! Need to learn from the main guy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly speaking this place is total fraud.I dont think any customer comes to at this place.I visited for my accer laptop problem but the technician always claiming false errors which are not part of the problem and he always advices to replace the whole false part with out any prior knowledge.They are mishandling laptop parts and using those parts in other customers asset perhaps.Even they are not giving proper solution and telling just to replace a new part in laptop,For which They dont even giving certified bills.I found this center is only for those who have warenty and whose problem can be solved by replacing parts for free in warenty duration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suggest not to go there if you don't have an active warranty . They will take min 20-30 days to resolve your problem and during this, they'll definitely create few errors and you have to pay for that too.
The day when you go to take your laptop (after service) ,the Workers ( oh sorry Technicians ) will give some unrelated examples to convey you that they are 100% right .The thing is they unable to identify the exact problem of your laptop rather they will suggest you to put a new part or refurbished part without any bill or warranty slip. They are selling and repairing other brands laptop too , but it is
so called ACER AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER .
The opening times are not so stable , and the contact numbers are also out of service. Due to those two corrupted staffs/technicians , the brand is suffering .
