★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was no option to give a 0 star and hence had to give 1. Extremely disappointing service and their diagnosing skills are very bad. It was just an year old laptop for me and when I went to enquire about the charging point issue, they took 3 days and advised that it has a Motherboard problem and IC issue. I had shared my experience that it was not charging bcz of port problems, but their support person was so adamant and ignorant and took more than 2 weeks to come back. After 2 weeks, it was told that they have to change the Keyboard. I still believed them and went back after 3 weeks, they gave me laptop saying keyboard was fine and now it works. I came back home and it was not working, went back to them. Showed the problem again, it was very clear that it had a charging point issue. That support guy was standing there ignoring our discussions, he has no clue on laptops and services, especially customers time. I have got my laptop back after pathetic service quality. They lack lot of diagnosing skills, transparency. Every time you call they give reasons which are not even valid. I think we should be careful before we go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ they are bunch of scamsters. if your laptop is not under warranty they will steal the parts from your laptop. I had given my laptop due to virus related issues. So I gave it to them for formatting which shouldnt have costed more than Rs1000. But when I went to the store they said that they will charge me Rs 1800 for cleaning the laptop keyboard internally, general servicing and formatting. After 2 days they called me and convinced me that the issue if hardware related and asked me to replace the keyboard. Hence they inflated the total cost to Rs 4,000. I collected the laptop and found issues with my newly installed keyboard (they were not backlit supporting for using in darkness). I again had to go back to the store to show them the issue. They took 5 days to return to call me so that I could collect my laptop with the backlit supported keyboard. But when I went to the store I could see that the few of the keys were hard to press and the system was hanging. This time I was adamant about being at the store till I get my laptop 100% fixed. I waited for 3 hours so they could reinstall windows and office apps. I got my laptop back and in total I ended up paying Rs4,800 for such a lousy experience. I am still facing the following issues
Brightness adjustment not working
Battery life shortened sharply. Before I gave it to them for servicing it used to give 7 hours backup. now it gives only 2 hours.
Keyboard not like original

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service by them .i gave my laptop here after it was not repaired anywhere and they did the best job.they are professionals in sales and services and also they have best knowledge in services.I brought nitro 5 from them at best price today as they gave me best deal also with warranty extension and with good customer services.others store dint had the products but here they had and got it at best price with all accessories and warranty.this is my second purchase from aum technologies and will refer to others also to buy from here. Must buy and most recommended store in bangalore for acer products

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An amazing place! I had visited this place to get some minor repairs for my laptop, (adding a couple of screws and checking trackpad). After having a thorough check, the person said that it's free of cost since it's a minor issue.
Some of the most professional craftsmanship I have seen. 5 stars!
PS: I've also purchased chargers and other accessories for my laptop here previously.
