Generally people say that Government Hospitals are poor in terms of patient care, hygiene and facilities but this one is totally opposite. Right from the modern facilities to high cleanliness, availability of various medicines at no cost and intelligent doctors make it a good health care center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic nursing staff in Acharya Shree Bhikshu Delhi Govt Hospital..., Specially NURSE CHITRA (NURSING OFFICER)... don't have manners to speak with patient... I personally visited at hospital with my father very first time & tried to enquire with nurse name (Chitra Ma'am) for dog bite case related... She started shouting & said that who gave you the authority to take my name & started creating mess..., I was very surprised & asked for the problem in that if someone is taking name of employee then she replied very rudely that you have no authority to take my name..., I think this the major concerns to patient who are taking Govt hospital as horrible place...Delhi govt (Kejriwal ji & Satender Jain ji) should take strict action on these kind of people who are here to rule with attitude insted of serve.

But patients face many difficulties (account. To my experience of 3 month in lockdown period.)
1. Monday is very busy (rush) .
2.if u r for New registration u face troubles .
3. There is registration panel problem (less staff than needed)
4.doctor can refuse u by only giving pain killers.

This hospital is recently awarded Delhi's best government hospital . In this hospital like any other delhi government hospital huge crowd or patents comes from nearby localities but it just can't manage it properly but still they are doing their best .
Facility in this hospital like Emergency service 24×7 OPD service from 7:30am to 4pm every day except sunday and public holiday are available . Services like operation, surgery offers here .
Other services like ENT,DENTAL,MRI,X-RAY,HOMEOPATHY,AYURVEDIC,UNANI, etc are available here .
Doctors prescribe Medicine are always available here .They have expand their sourses to tackle huge rush here .cleaning is decent except toilet. Staff behavior is ok .
