★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I knew about the fraud tactics of these so called fraud Acko like companies, I would have never paid a single penny for such a cheat company, they just know how to spend on publicity and advertisement make very attractive websites and then never entertain you once they have your money. AND BEWARE OF THERE FAKE REVIEWS ALL OVER THE INTERNET.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hope I could give a Lower rating to Acko than 1 Star as when you ask to get a claim from Acko their executives will never pass the claim and will talk with you as if you are their Sworn Enemies, it happened today with me Naveen Poojary from Acko spoke in a way that was unbecoming and needed some training in how to behave in a Civil way. No basic etiquettes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am planning to buy insurance for my fortuner and came across super saver plan on policy bazar by Acko, the company has condition that repair can be done only in partner garage. Now when searched, there are no list available online. You need to call or email them to get a list. It’s really bad unethical way and no transparency at all.
And many thanks for all reviewer who wrote about super service (pathetic) and helped me to take decision to not to buy this company insurance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience.. It's been 2 months the acko car insurance people are not helping us.. Just finding one or other reason for not claiming the insurance.
Garage person is claiming 4000/- parking fees.
Not giving any money but taking the money...
Horrible and worst insurance ever found. I recommend never go with service. Better not to do any...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience I had with this insurance company. I was hopping that i could add the audio recording from the phones. Don't ever buy their comprehensive super saver plan ever its come with more terms and condition and hidden charge at time of claim. Eg.
if you claim for external body part with repairing amount 15k
their deduction are as below.
1. You need to pay claim register amount: 2000/-
2. Super saver deduction if your not using their partner garage: 5000/-
3. Hidden charges: 1000/-
Now think and decide while going with Acko.
