I never seen this type of project. This is the first project in rajasthan to provide different types of facility like gymnasium ,60 types of garden kids playing area, temple and community hall, shopping center and other facilities

Some advance facility also given in this society like Club, open gym, Community space, gardens, shops, commercial market. I am personally recommend to visit at this place once who want to purchase affordable house near Dausa City.

Up coming Construction Site at Lalsot by-pass Dausa.
A big secured township with Temple, parks, play grounds, shops, club house and all major high end Facility and amenities.
There Villa size is good and price is affordable as compare...
1 BHK Villa in only 9 Lakh only
2 BHK Villa in 11, 14 and 14.50 lakh only
Township is not outside from city .
Good road and Transport facility.
There is good open space a combination of urban and Sami urban life style... Really a good deal.. I can say a worth of buying a Villa and it's independent.
There will be security, 24*7 and electricity facility.
24*7 water and soft water so I would to give suggestions to others ...good investment worth to invest money in project.
