★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Society is good, material used is good but i will give 1 star for the staff working here and to the builders as well. And beware don’t buy flat from Sale executive Ms Gagan, initially she had made so many promises but as soon i paid all the amount and asked for handover they came up with some more dues and out of no where they said now your flat area has been increased so you have to pay more amount. And Ms Gagan completely denied of the deals which were made and there’s all together different attitude between pre and post sales.
If you want yo buy flat here go ahead and buy, it is a wonderful society but pls don’t buy from Gagan madam and make sure you take everything in black and white and keep good watch on the figures.
