β β β β β This builders project normally go late by 1-2 years , So don't go by sweet talks of the employees . that's deceiving .they talk sweetly , they will tell confidently that their project may finished in 2-3 months but that will get dragged on and on for years ..i am not saying they are bad or good ...but just don't believe on their sweet talks ..
Buy at your own risk ..If you are not trusting me then visit the Sites and talk with existing owners of their old projects like Acropolis etc

β β β β β I bought one of the apartment in Acropolis gothapatna. I bought this after collecting good credentials about the builder Rameah swain. When I started staying in this society, I came to know about him in reality. His project usually get delayed by 5-6 years. Promised and advertised amenities have not been completed so far in this society. He never resond to email and take care the concerns from residents. This society has 60β
flat vacant as owners unable to move due to issues. I'm really not satisfied with this builder.

β β β β β Never ever trust this builder. I am staying for sometime at one of its residence named Acropolis,Gotapatana. 10 year and still he has not completed the project. More than 50% houses are unsold due to bad quality.
Few people mostly aged/retired people are suffering a lot due to the builder. No power backup,lift doesn't work,lot of power cuts,lack of water, no cleaniness,building looks like 25 year old.
With the maintenance money builder is planning to complete it's due work :-P Intentionally builder is not doing any cleanliness & asking to increase the maintenance.
This shows the reputation of builder!! This builder has Zero credibility. BUILDER IS SURVIVING ON ONE OF ITS PROJECTS MAINTENANCE MONEY - Just Think how Poor and Cheap it is..

Heard builder is delaying basic service(threatning to cut electricity/ stop water) to its residents who have not agreed to their forced changed in Acropolis Maintenance amount & is forcing its residents to pay Rs 500 as Durga Puja Baksis
