★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The speed is good and consistent but the service is extremely poor. I raise a ticket and as acknowledgement, ACT sends an automated message with the expected time of resolution. But in reality, this time limit is grossly violated and no service guy turns up even after 24hrs of expected time bound. There is no way to report this kind of service as the customer care is controller by messenging bots and automated phone calls. The service guys who had paid visits in the events of outages before either don't respond or blatantly lie about coming down to the place. Bottom line, this is internet service is highly unreliable and the experience is frustrating beyond imagination.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very worst kind of service which is giving to the customer.
1. I had taken reconnection to my existing network service at the time of taking reconnection i had paid the amount for the three months but one of the executive his name is "ABHI" to whom i had gave the money he paid after 15days of my connection i didn't know that if he paid late the offer will not be there.
2. I had first approached the customer care to resolve my issue but they also not responded.then i call to the executive"Abhi" he is not answering my number if I'm calling from another number he is answering rather than escaping from the customer give them a good service. If you give good service to the customer automatically you will be in the best place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service , very stubborn employees, won't ACT upon complaints quickly & it might even take months and years if u won't call them until they get irritated.
Tickets raised for complaints will be closed without being resolved ,but bill due messages will bombard your phone, even before restoring the connection, what a great software ACT has??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The speed is good and consistent until everything is fine, if once there is any issue your bad time will start. Worst service will makes you crazy. No response will be on tickets, worst automated replies and calls. The technicians never pick up your calls. After 5 days you will receive call for ticket closing, what ever you brag they will close the ticket, and you cant raise another ticket instantly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Act fibernet worst internet service provider I never seen. Without any notice or email they will disconnect the internet. I have requested for internet moving they don't even respond properly. Persons who sits in act office are very rude and irresponsible fellows, I don't know why they are working I have called technical team Srinivas he didn't even lift the call for single time I don't who hired him.
Please be aware don't take act fibernet connection you will be regret.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor Quality of internet , so many times trouble in a month ! I really frustrated in calling customer call, Every time same boring reasons maintenance i don't know in a month 10days they will do maintenance only. if ur job is night shift then u should better pray god than servicemen because no will respond to your request. All the best choose wisely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet connectivity issues persist for 10 days a month. Tired of raising complaints in the portal. Complaints get closed without resolutions. Lineman doesn't respond to calls, messages. If you take a connection you're on your own. Support is awful. Will never refer ACT to anyone.
