Pathetic service. Do not get this internet service.

I have been trying to reach them to sort internet issue since last 2 days but no response.Exceptionally poor customer service.Rude,ignorant and arrogant staff.As a customer I feel cheated from Mr.Jagjeet Singh.I would seriously suggest everyone to do not purchase ACT Fibernet Service in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I applied for connection May 02,2020 but not a single information received from ACT. They are very careless regarding customer handling and service. Now I am struggling to get back my money back.
I'll not suggest anyone to go for ACT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are very careless regarding customer handling and service, keep fooling you with false hopes, ready to get your subscription money THEN not bothered STATING COVID problems, less staff etc, LIARS, no coordination amongst their own teams leaving the customer feeling cheated of his time, trust & money, I'll not suggest anyone to go for ACT......before installation you feel this way GOD alone knows how you will be treated once the service starts.......A C T = Always Cheat Them.
I had the courtesy to call the sales guy & the boy who fixed a new box to further install new connections in my premises to remove it , seems they are not bothered about their own property DELHI team is PATHETIC, waste of TIME, Energy, Money & above all TRUST, Never will recommend for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service providers. Trying to do fraud with me. I requested for refund for more 20 days ago but they do not initiate my refund. they do not even bother. It seems like they are trying to steal my money. Now they have also stopped responding my e mails. Dont waiste your time and money for ACT.

ACT is very pathetic in service. PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU GO FOR THIS CONNECTION.... ACT Account Id - 110394543468 ( Network issue)
Through this message I would like to highlight that I am a customer of your prime broadband company but these days I have started facing lots of concerns with your ACT Broadband Services. The Internet shows ACTFibernet has no internet access.
There is no second thought that you have awesome speed in terms of MBPS, even Airtel is also not able to provide such speed, but what about DSL connection light. Every second or third day DSL point shows RED light and again I have to reboot my wifi router. Post logging the complaint on your portal it actually takes 2-3 days time to get an engineer visit , arrange and sort out an issue & sometimes even the complaint is closed without resolving. However on the other hand such a type of case never happened in Airtel. I migrated to ACT from Airtel just because of speed not because of getting such issues. We have to understand that Lockdown is on for Kids and they have their online classes arranged every day. Because of such small concerns even their studies also impact.
At the time of taking the connection I was promised a couple of benefits by your sales team which never happened & I raised my concerns on the portal and also spoke to your team on call but no resolution was given.
IN END I WILL ONLY SAY THAT ACT IS GOOD FOR NOTHING.
