★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am using ACT Fiber since last 4 months and I am completely satisfied. When I saw ACT reviews I was completely confused but my friend strongly suggested to use ACT bcoz my Jio fiber was not working properly. ACT fiber is the best as compared to other fiber net service providers because I have used Airtel and Jio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very pathetic service , I am not happy with your service amd support system , when ever I raise a ticket I didn't get fast reaction of your support , I'll recommend my friends and family members that don't take connection of ACT FIBER at all, I have payment issue as well , I paid dor 3 months and your POC told me that I'll get 3+1 pack recharge and now in app Bill due is showing. very bad customer experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales force can commit you everthing but dont get into their agenda. Ask for a mail before taking this worthless network. Will help you filing a complain against them. And dont think about any refund, you never get refund.

Late payment charges 100 rupees GST Extra
If not paid within 5 days after overdue connection disconnected
Reconnect charges - 500 rupees Gst extra
If not paid within time,speed will be extremely low but need to pay full monthly bill.
Not refund received even after 1 month of disconnect.

ACT fibernet Are bunch of Scammers , If you want to take connection of these looser just take on this risk that you'll be scammed when you stop your connection we requested multiple time for installation refund , but no one respond even their customer support team and their management is much more worse in these case , Bunch of Scammer if i have negative rating option i'll give them to that , they don't know how to treat their customers .... I HAVE LOST MY 900 INR AND THEY ARE GENEREATING UNNCESSARY BILL JUST ADJUST MY REFUND AMOUNT

I Anil Kumar Jain applied for Act Connection a month ago.
Payment was done through Google pay on very same day. But next day team came and informed that connection can not be setup due to some reasons.
From that day 14th March since today 11th April. I am waiting for refund.
I have called more than 100times but each time your representative says that it will process in 7 days.
But till now I have not received it
I am 65 year old and don't take stess too much.
Please refund my money immediately.
When I made payment in 1 min why you people are taking more than 1 month to refund my money.
I humbly request you to please refund my money.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never go for their services. They are the worst of worst. After sales service means nothing to them. I have been trying to get my security money deposit since the past 6 months. Even the customer care team have stopped responding to the queries. The only time they answer us is when they need their money.
I highly recommend don't go for them at all.
