I am sharing my experience that made my opinion about this hospital.
I was taking treatment from Doctor JB Sharma back in 2021, he is so arrogant that everytime I go for consultation he put his earphones on and don't even look at me don't even listen to me whenever I discuss my symptoms and share query about treatment process. People spent their hard earned money to pay medical policy premium, they go to private hospital to save time and avoid inconvenience to get quick and appropriate treatment. But the way Doctor JB sharma behaved throughout 6 month of my treatment in Action Cancer Hospital I had to switch to another hospital. I won't mentioned the hospital name because that would made my review biased one. But I find the behavior of the entire staff including front desk, medical and nursing staff much polite, familiar and understanding what I totally missed in action cancer hospital.
In my opinion, proper periodic trainings must be conducted so that the staff know well how to behave, act/talk to the patients in a familiar polite way, to understand their query and resolution. And this training should also be given to the doctor's also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From last few years I was having problem in passing urine. I consulted DR. Rajesh KR Jain of Action Cancer Hospital Delhi. He advised me some tests including Ultra-Sound. After seeing the test reports Doctor told me that my Prostate has become large because of which I was having problem in the passing the urine. He prescribed me some medicine to reduce the size of Prostate which I need to take for lifetime. Thankfully, it was a non-cancerous growth in the Prostate.
