The cylinder was available easily, was transported the same day all this was ok.
My issue is, we did not use the cylinder at all as my grandmother passed away, it was at my place for a day and half 25th January night to 27th evening)
Now when I told the person I had contacted for the cylinder he said he would refund me Rs. 600/- of the total 4200/- i paid him.!!
Reasons: Flo meter was damaged during transportation back i.e 1500/-
Transportation: 500
The remaining 2200/- which he was suppose to return he said he did not take any rent/ deposit, he blankly lied saying he did not take rent/ deposit
The unused cylinder was still charged at 50%
I don't understand why I was forced to pay 50% for gas that wasn't used?
#AD Health Care are complete frauds, cheats and thugs DO NOT i repeat DO NOT buy anything from them you seriously will regret it. They don't even have the decency to talk regarding your loved ones loss, very disgusting people taking advantage of people's situation in such times.!!

U cant go on wit dis stupid thngs. Ur service is 3rd class n xcept it. Ur big msg is not goin 2 change ur bad service quality. Cheap 3rd class service. N wil neva in future usr service. D most pathetic 3rd class service. I have all proofs dat u hav not mentioned anywhr dat d amt will be non refunded. Plz show d proof dat u hav mentioned and i have said yes. Plz do show proofs. Ihave all proofs n keep d money now. I want to warn people of how fruad n 3rd class ur company and service is. Dey r sayin d flow meter is damaged n dey will not giv d refund of it.al fraud n fake. Where have u mentioned non refundable?
