★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am getting bills of Rs. 29,000, Rs. 9,000 per month of my house which is locked. Even after meeting the manager in Malad East branch, it still continues the way it was. The manager introduced me to some senior lady and said she would be handling my case and gave me her mobile number which she has not picked up once! Pathetic state of service! Is anybody listening from Adani?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is clear about what they need. Juniors take help of seniors if they have any doubt. The requirements are many and majority customers either send persons of less caliber and they will definitely find it difficult and blame the attending staff. Totally unfair. We understood the requirements during first visit and submitted all in the second visit. Staff really helped us a lot as there were many requirements that were case specific and they helped us in those matters. I had two cases of name transfer and got both of them done in the second visit. God bless the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not providing good customer service... mailed them since a week or probably more but still not received any revert back and on top of that customer care line is not helpful enough. Due to lockdown providing estimated bill is not helping people as it is everyone is having difficult time with income. Plus changing registered details without authorisation, who gives them the right to do this and not replying back to mails.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge queue is there....people are standing more than 1 & 1/2 hour in lane...most of the people are aged people it's very bad experience.
Even no one is there bothering for the same nor giving change of money. Not accepting the coin Rupees...very bad treatment.
