★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not buy any property from this company. The company has no respect for its customers and has no level of commitment. They train the customer care staff to tell sweet lies and take your money.
They even ask the customers to pay income tax (TDS) on their behalf and submit the tax challan so that they can reimburse it.
The people who market the property get transferred or leave the job. And then the customer is left on his own.
The project delivery is delayed by several years, but they make sure you follow the payment timelines.
The fellows are too smart. AVOID this company.

The managers are theives, they already snatched the salary of many poor and still doing.
It seems that abl given free hand to these dishonest managers.
I complaint was lodged against these managers in Chitrakoot Police Station for cheating me.
They are misusing the security guards for their personal benefit.
The most affected people are safai karmachari and guards, poor people PF is cut from their salary but not depositing.
Managers poor decisions could bring food court into darkness.
