one of the worst builder having no worth of his words. Prior to sell Prabhu and group obliges it's prospect by promising a lots of services like one year maintainance, will shift you just after registry , have installed transformer before your shifting , will help you financially, have best quality construction in the locality ...bla bla bla
Hahahahahahahaa totally bluff and just opposite as promised ...... the fraudester and bluffmaster team..... once you paid token money u r in their trap and will be frustrated of ur worst decision till the end of ur life as he is having his approach allover n will humiliate u as u r a worthless person having no weight of ur words.

The flat prices it offers, including the building standard, are at least 1.5 times more than the market rate. No after-sale service and refrains from keeping any terms with the customer once the property is sold to. Again, BEWARE! will suck up all your hard earned money; leave you with little or no penny.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He is a very bad person i gave him 2 lakh rupees as bayana of flat. he forfeited my Rs.50,000/- when my loan could not passed by bank then after so much fight he gave only 1.5 lakh. Never believe on his saying, he will say like hum murdo tak ka loan kara dete hai, yaha jo aata hai uska loan hota hi hota hai, aur ek baar paise lene k baad dubara apka logo ka phone tak nahi uthayega jaise mera nahi uthata tha, bc bihari. Never give him money if you have to give money as bayana then only 5000 or maximum 11000 you give not more then that, otherwise aap fasoge aur tension alag se hogi.

Please do market study and his customers reviews. Before finalizing or giving token money.
I am writing this review after dealing with him and same review got from dozens of inocent people.
