The challenge is with the brokers ruling there.. 2-3 of them who control the inventory.. prices skyrocketed from 7k per square feet in early 2021 for old resale properties; to today where they are quoting 12k, 13k,15kand 17k per square feet.. just in a span of a year.. the trick is not to sell a house .. they quote a price and if u agree it .. they will increase the price .. they show messages of other owners(not sure if real)who are ready to sell for higher price.. my experience to get a resale property here coz of the brokers has been really bad.. buyers beware .. they will call out an amount that u cannot stretch to.. remember it’s a 17 year old property .. and negotiate appropriately before buying.. not all houses are a khata .. assess your risks before making a purchase..
