★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go near it. Their website says 136 units, but when you meet they say 330 units over 4 acres. Because they have received sanction for 15 floors, but plan to build 24 floors. No answer to questions on undivided share of land. Unprofessional, confused sales staff. Heard legal issues and lack of funds commitment lead to it getting delayed by over 7 yrs now.
