★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a pack of TT balls from this shop. One of the balls out of 3 was defective. Mr Dhruv, the owner of the shop, refused to replace the ball, the very next day after purchasing. He even did not agree to speak to his supplier even once. I was a regular customer of this shop for last three years, even then this shop is not willing to entertain my first grievance.
Message for me is to either check thoroughly while buying or to find a better shop.
Overall, such kind of rude and unprofessional behaviour is not at all acceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude behaviour from the owner. Cannot differentiate between customer and employees. Commanded me like I'm one of his payroll labourer, maybe even worse. What did I do? I was holding a juice glass in my hand and asking him if renting gym equipment was possible in the store.
