★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to get my number updated in my adhar card good news is that I successfully applied for update I am from uttarpradesh no extra documents were required to update my number just the adhar card.
Tips-
1- Go there before 9 am if you don't want to stay there for a day.
2- Keep your food with you if you are going after 9 am.
I reached there around 10 am I had to stand in queue till 11 am to get myself a token my token number was 82 and then I had to wait till 3 pm to get my number.
I will not comment on staff behavior because government employees treat you like beggars so don't expect that.
This is the picture of token I got they charged 50Rs for token.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad place if you are doing anything related to aadhar card. First of all they added some new token system so you need to go there early morning and get a token from 9 am to 12 noon and then wait till 10 am to get your work done. Second of The staff keep taking breaks randomly and don't come back till 30 minutes and sometimes for even more time. I have went to this place more than 5 times and didn't manage to get any of my work done. Very bad place for aadhar card, don't come here you'll just end up wasting your time just do all the stuff on some other center or apply online and also when you get there the person sitting at the entry of the parking lot will ask you to give them Rs.30... Then when you get to the offices they will charge even more for you to do different things on the aadhar card. Overall I have had a very bad experience with this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aadhar card Centre not so big queue you can get token easily around 9 am but they only update one thing at a time elsewhere book appointment and full aadhar card is updated once. I had to update my mother aadhar card for which I had to go twice and I also updated my aadhar by booking appointment online and my full card was updated in one meeting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have taken online appointment for addhar updation in mobile no, when I reached there vikas sadan first floor at sharp 9.00 AM. I was told that they can't accept online appointment. And asked me to take token. They work as per token system. Really amazing to see this govt has given us portal for online appointment and such people making and creating hurdles only.

And asked me to come in morning around 9am and take token. They work as per token system ..really amazing to see this govt has given us portal for online appointment and such people making and creating hurdles only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for learners license and my experience was frustrating. If you are a local resident then you won't face any trouble but if you are an outsider working or studying here, you will have to suffer. A government official there asked me to get address registered as I am a tenant and when i went to get that done I was asked for 3500 and told in front of a government official that " yahan aisa hi hota hai"... and there is no other way.
I can't explain the height of my frustration.
Posting this is a waste of time but hell, I already wasted a lot.1. Staff is co-operative.
2. Inside the court, everything is serene and you will be able to get your work done if guided properly.
3. Need to find the parking space outside the court premises as it is very congested.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for Aadhaar Card updation, token distribution timings are from 9:30 to 11:00. There was no employee/ official to distribute the tokens. The experience was quite frustrating. They should work on it for the smooth process. We people ain't too free to regularly visit the site for the same thing. Please do look into it!
