★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lot of commitment but very slow in service. You have to do multiple followup and they keep giving one or other excuses. Their customer facing team give lot of commitment but you get surprises when the actual service begins. They have given promise of 5-6 days to deliver my items but even after 9-10 days nothing happened and I had to do multiple follow up. Probably I should not have given full amount before service. I would suggest evaluate them against other packers and movers vendors.
