★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice and spacious flats. Very close to all the important landmarks like malad station, very close to link road and highway as it is situated right on sv road. In evening there is traffic congestion but otherwise it is at a very good location. The staff who explained me about the flat and other details were well trained and knew everything very well. I didn't buy the property as I had requirement of a bigger flat but this one is surely a good property.
