★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cunning and arrogant owner Raj Kumar. At first he delivers a defective Elica hob, (ignition not working, knobs damaged) on recieving full payment and assures it happens commonly, we will repair it.
Service person says spare is not available. Dealer says he will replace the same in 12 days provided he takes away the hob from me till replacement (no cooking for 12 days). When asked him to let the hob stay with me till replacement else we would not be able to cook, he denies stating piece would get old/used. Opting out above request as last resort, we demanded full refund until new piece arrives as no other choice, he abuses and denies stating it's not possible as no one does this and there is no guarantee you will purchase again from me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to recommend this place if you are looking for any appliances..I did booking of a hafele chimney and hob a month back and later on I wanted to change the hob model and buy Bosch
The owner immediately changed it without any issues. In fact he gave me all other suggestions which were good. I am really happy with such supportive attitude and wish to buy other required appliances from this place since the price offered to me was also very reasonable.
