★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely indisciplined staff at the store. I went to collect my purchase today where I didn't carry the physical bill. However I did have a photo of the bill. The photo was clear and properly visible. Inspite of that they started yelling and telling they will not take the risk of giving me the saree. I kept my calm and asked for alternative solution to it. However the man name Mr. Shyamal Das kept yelling. I had asked to call their senior manager, which they refused to do so.
A simple request to the authority to atleast teach your staff to maintain some decency. And I will make I never recommend or visit your store henceforth.
Very disappointed with my experience at adi dhakeshwari bastralya. I would suggest everyone to better go to Priyo Gopal Bishoyi, Indian sill house or others which have better collection and staffs are trained there.
If you find some good review of the shop, then probably it's the staff or associates of adi dhakeswari people.
