★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven't visited their College street shop but this Bidhannagar shop is not very big but fine and the collection should have been more. But overall, it is good and should be visited once before visiting their other shops, if you Bidhannagar is nearer to to you.
Update: From them, I had bought an expensive saree for my fiance and due to trusting them because of their name and brand goodwill, we did not check the whole saree. On the wedding day, we saw that the blouse piece was torned from the middle making it useless.
Height of their arrogancy and carelessness is that when we went ot them with the product, they clearly refused to return/replace or refund saying you only have damaged the cloth! Can you imagine buying an expensive item for such an important occasion and damaging it!!
I won't go to them again and would suggest all my near and dear ones no to buy from them either. Because they are rude and arrogant and doesn't care for customer's concerns. So reducing the rating from 4 ⭐ which was before buying to 1 ⭐ after buying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There has been a lot of confusing reviews for this shop. I got some positive feedback from my colleague so I went there alone with my wife to buy sarees. I was pleased with the behavior of the employees there. There showed interest in displaying lot of items to choose from. It's a small store so don't expect that you will find millions of choices but sometimes more options can be really confusing for ladies ?. My wife could sort out the sarees easily and it was a happy shopping experience.
You will find sarees from low to high range of price. And remember quality is never compromised even though the price are less.
We completed our entire "poila boisakh" shopping from this store.
Suggestion: Please visit during weekdays. There could be little rush during weekends or festive seasons and you may find it little clumsy due to lack of space.

Staff members lack courteousness and friendliness towards customers. Was not a great experience for me. At the max this outlet can be termed as Average. With many other good options available in the city, you can give it a miss..conveniently.
