★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Felt like I am a victim of a Fraud at this location in one of my recent purchase.
I have been at the store on 14th April 2022 around 7:45pm and bought a pair of shoes which they said Rs. 8999.00 I agreed after some discount and paid Rs. 8200 in cash but they didn’t provide me the receipt when I asked question why, the guy (cashier) said the billing guy is not at the store so I can come later or tomorrow to get the receipt.
I got suspicious and asked for the refund of Rs. 8200.00, I also ask the guy if the billing is still not done then that means the purchase is not completed so give me my money back but Suddenly the guy started shaking and refused to refund and started arguing with me, I was so frustrated coz I was getting so late, so I decided to come back tomorrow.
Next day I arrived at the store around 12pm and asked for the receipt the guy finally gave me the receipt and the billing time was 8:46pm on 14th April instead of 7:45pm (which the actual billing time suppose to be).
I also checked the same shoes online everywhere and surprisingly to find that the same shoes cost Rs. 4500-5000 at all the major online shopping websites including Adidas.
When I told the guy to check the shoes online then first they refused again, I tried to do it by myself but surprisingly found that the given barcode on shoes is not even on adidas website and also the product code is fake. So basically, I have a strong feeling that these people are selling many fake adidas shoes at the store in the name of adidas.
I finally reached the adidas head office and complained about the whole issue. Which the company already assured that they will take really strong action as soon as all the investigations are done. And I also file a complaint at consumer complaint (grahak suraksha complain).
I have been in touch with both of them.
Please aap sabhi log agar ish location par jao to bahut hi satark raho kyunki ye log fake shoes adidas k naam par sell kar raha hai and logo ko bewakoof bana raha hai.
