They just keep standing behind the computer desk as if they are glued to screen. It's better to buy online if this is the level of involvement of sales team...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The salespersons need to learn the Courtesy from a nearby ASICS store... There is no sense of involvement. Wanted to buy shoes for my son. Thanks to their lack of interest we found better shoes from a nearby ASICS store.

Their warranty policy was utter nonsense and they did not budge even during the covid period when the stock wasn't full. I would not recommend anybody going there ever. The staff doesn't know how to do their job.
