A clean and tidy place. Adidas official store with variety of shoes and clothing accessories available at different price.
We bought 2 sports shoes at great deal with 50% off sale and the people working here are also great with good communication skills.

β β β β β So, I had a cap to exchange which I purchased from Delhi and I called kota city mall store prior coming and asked if they have a similar cap and they said Yes. So I went to the store same day and they said itβs not available ( if not available then why to give false information to the clients ) secondary I did not like their attitude as the way they were forcing to get the different color in the cap which I did not wanted. Anyways I settled for another cap.
However, guys if you are not humble and cooperative to your customers I think your lacking in your job. Bad experience!
