★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This website was about the most frustrating and unfair website for online shopping in India, I have bought products from nearly 10 other websites.
This one has definitively been the absolute worst.
I bought a NAS Dock from them. Upon receiving it it didn't function as advertised. So I tried getting a replacement.
The person I called first gave me a second no.
The second person there upon proceeded to argue with me for nearly a hour and a half and I had to prove to them with a screen sharing software that it indeed was not functioning as was expected.
He reluctantly agreed to process the return.
And then took nearly 4 days to arrange for a pickup.
The product reached their location however they never shipped me a replacement nor was I issued a refund.
Learn from my mistakes. Do not buy from them.
