★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ये एक फ्रॉड और घटिया बिल्डर है मैंने इसी बिल्डर की कॉलोनी आदिनाथ ग्रीन Valley, kakua में प्लॉट वर्ष 2016 में लिया था उस समय इसने मुझे प्लॉट तक Road बनाकर देने के लिए कहा था लेकिन आज 06 वर्ष हो गए हैं मैंने उसमें मकान भी बना दिया है और मेरे मकान तक जाने का जो कच्चा रास्ता है वो वर्षा के कारण बह गया है अब में अपनी गाड़ी से मकान पर भी नहीं जा सकता हूँ मैं ये बात यहां इसलिए बता रहा हूं क्योंकि मेरे जैसा कोई भाई इस फ्रॉड बिल्डर के चक्कर में न फँस जाये आगे रही आपकी मर्जी
 This is a fraud and a lousy builder, I had taken the plot of the same builder's colony in Adinath Green Valley, Kakua in the year 2016, at that time it asked me to give the plot till the road, but today it has been 06 years, I have also made a house in it. And the unpaved way to reach my house has been washed away due to rain, now I can't even go to the house with my car, I am telling this thing here because no brother like me is in this fraud builder's affair.
