★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor experience. Messed up delivery, mixed up orders. No way to track what has been ordered and what will be delivered. Conveniently blamed their IT :) They need to understand and empathize with the customer. They cannot make the customer pay for poor execution of orders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with them! I ordered two kurtas, one of them was torn from the bckside and i even sent them the photo immediately within few hrs(being truthfull to them as a customer) but they refused to listen to me and said they cannot help me and cannot exchange it!
So whos fault is it in this?
Win win situation for them.
Please think if smthing happens with you like this what would you do!
I suggest never buy from them!
