★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cylinder delivery boy every time asks for 20 Rs money except bill amount as delivery charge. And always try to give the cylinder without leakage checking, saying that the regulator will not attach if you check leakage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This agency is the only agency (Bharatgas agency) for people loacted in Sasane nagar and nearby areas.
I came in contact with this agency due to getting new connection.
While visiting, had good discussion and information regarding opening a connection.
After online filling of an application, when went to an office, instructing to come at 10:00 AM and not thereafter...If agency is open till 5:00 PM, then why asking to come at time of their convinient..?? Myself visited at 12:00 PM onwards, but asking to come tomorrow at 10:00 AM..After arguing, they had opened account and given connection instantly...
After taking connection, I had asked for delivery of cylinder, but refused to deliver commenting that delivery not given 1st time upon opening connection...Only Monopoly is there...
Agency owner need to be trained his staff as lack of behavioural skills..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was trying to contact the agency for two weeks but the landline was coming busy constantly when I visited I saw that the phones' receivers were kept beside the phone to keep the phones from ringing. I surrendered my connection. I am glad that we got the MNGL pipeline, don't wish to deal with this agency again.
