I am writing complaint letter against your staff who does not aware about your production . So please make them brief nicely this is my concern . I am your regular customer . I have purchased 5 bikes so far but nowowards I have started to hate this company the cause of misbehaved . And will not recommended to anyone to purchase Hero bike .

β β β β β Today I"m visit first time aditya enterprises bike work shop complaint for my new xtreme 200s bike oil check, gear not show on meter and gear shifting problem, workers only oil checked and avoid me, than i feeling bad and iam return without any work own home.

β β β β β Very worst service they are providing and just cheating with customers. They are not maintaining proper service history and rejecting warranty and charging customers very big amount. I have proof that they are not maintaining proper service history and when customer is raising concern they behave very rudely. I Request heromotocorp to do audit for this dealer.
